Abstract:
High androgen levels are one of the typical features of patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome. Excessive prenatal testosterone not only affects the reproductive health of female offspring, but also affects male reproductive health. This article reviews the mechanisms of excessive prenatal testosterone affecting reproductive development and spermatogenesis on male offspring. This article aims to provide reference for the mechanism research and clinical intervention of excessive prenatal testosterone affecting reproductive health of male offspring.
