Abstract:
With the passage of time,the disease spectrum of comorbidities in patients with arterial pulmonary arterial hypertension has gradually become more diversified,posing significant challenges to the diagnosis,differential diagnosis,and management of the disease.This article introduces the key points of differential diagnosis and the precautions for treatment of patients with arterial pulmonary arterial hypertension complicated by cardiopulmonary diseases,aiming to further improve the individualized diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension.
