Abstract:
Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of Robert's uterus and improve the understanding of the disease.Methods:The clinical data of a case of Robert's blind pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The patient was diagnosed as Robert's uterus through three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging examination, combined with hysteroscopy and laparoscopy, and then underwent surgical treatment with good results.Conclusion:Robert's uterine sign is a rare uterine malformation with various clinical manifestations. It is easy to miss diagnosis in the early stage. Hysteroscopy combined with oblique septectomy is the best treatment.
