Abstract:
Objective:To analyze the effect of psycho-cardiology intervention based on timing theory on mental state,self-management ability, quality of life, coping style and adverse events in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:A total of 124 AMI patients admitted in Cangzhou People's Hospital between April 2021 and April 2023 were en-rolled in this randomized controlled study.Patients were divided into control group and intervention group, with 62 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional management mode intervention, while those in the inter-vention group were given psycho-cardiology intervention based on timing theory. Both groups were intervened for 2 months and followed up for 1 month. The mental state,self-management ability, quality of life, disease coping style and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results:Compared to patients in the control group, those in the intervention group had significant lower scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)[(41.69±4.91)points vs.(54.19±5.36)points]and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)[(42.79±5.20)points vs.(54.86±5.26)points](P<0.001 both),and significant higher scores of Coronary Self-Management Scale(CSMS)[(98.43±7.33)points vs.(89.41±7.78)points],General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)[(33.28±3.93)points vs.(28.51±3.85)points],Quality Of Life scale(QOL)[(51.76±6.09)points vs.(44.54±6.85)points]and Coping Style Questionnaire(CSQ)[(53.67±4.11)points vs.(43.08±4.40)points](P<0.001 all).We detected significant lower incidence of adverse events(6.90%vs.20.34%)in intervention group after intervention(P=0.034).Conclusion:Psycho-cardiology medicine based on timing theory may improve the negative emotions and self-management ability, reduce the risk of adverse events, and improve their quality of life and coping style in AMI patients.
