Abstract:
Focusing on the management needs of retired personnel in hospitals, this paper analyzes the issues present in traditional management methods, such as delayed data updates, low information sharing efficiency, and high management costs. It emphasizes the importance of digital information management in enhancing the efficiency and quality of services for retired per-sonnel.By highlighting the advantages of digital management in terms of systematicity, convenience, and accuracy,a preliminary model of a digital information management system for retired hospital personnel was developed. An in-depth analysis of 1 846 re-tired personnel's composition, system usage behaviors, and management performance showed that within six months of system im-plementation,the number of visits exceeded 8 600.The electronic archive replacement rate increased from 23.5% to 96.2% ,and satisfaction rates rose from 74.2% to 91.6% ,confirming the value of digital management in improving efficiency and service experience.Despite these successes, challenges remain, such as untimely data updates, difficulties for retirees in using the sys-tem,and inadequate privacy protection measures. To address these issues, strategies such as enhancing data sharing, regularly organizing skills training and operational guidance, and establishing robust data security management protocols are proposed. These measures aim to improve management efficiency and accuracy while safeguarding system security and retirees'rights.By implementing these strategies, hospitals can better meet the diverse service needs of retirees and further advance management in-formatization and scientific development.
