Abstract:
The use of traditional Chinese medicine based on the modern medical can improve the clinical efficacy of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS).This paper will sum the advantages of AIDS,the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the progress of syndrome,the efficacy evaluation strategy and the immune regulation mechanism of traditional Chinese medi-cine(CM),and discuss the achievements and deficiency in these related fields.We believe that the basic research of CM on AIDS has made many achievements,but there are still some problems,such as the lack of recognized CM etiology and pathogenesis theory,syn-drome classification and diagnostic criteria,the core index set of clinical efficacy evaluation,and the lack of research on the mecha-nism of CM on AIDS.We suggest setting up a multidisciplinary research team and a big data research platform to solve the those prob-lems and provide strong support for the clinical research of AIDS.
