Abstract: Objective This study explores issues in health talent team construction in public hospitals,using a city as a case study,and constructs a theoretical framework.aiming to provide theoretical references for optimizing talent team construc-tion.Methods Through literature review and in-depth interviews,the status of health talent team construction in public hospi-tals was analyzed.Utilizing the grounded theory,the interview data underwent three-level coding and visual analysis.Results A total of 112 initial categories,12 main categories,and 4 core categories were extracted.Issues related to talent management mechanisms were identified as the most critical concern in the construction of health talent teams in the city's public hospitals.Conclusion Focusing on the theoretical framework for health talent team construction in public hospitals,strengthening talent management,recruitment,training,and service support are the main pathways to optimize healthcare talent team development.
