Abstract:
Objective To explore the calculation model of the antagonistic parameter pA2 in the medical functional experi-ment course"determination of dose-effect relationship and pA2 of drugs".Methods The ACh effect on the rectus abdominis muscle of bullfrogs was observed,while tubocurarine was used as a competitive antagonist.An excel calculation model of pA2 was created.The t-test was used to analyze the pA2 data from 25 random experimental group,in which traditional coordinate method or model treatment method were conducted.Results The estimated values of the coordinate method and the calculated values of the model for pA2 with the largest maximum effect of the first dose-effect curve(6.39±0.35)and(6.37±0.34)from 14 groups;And pA2 from other 10 groups were(6.15±0.50)and(6.42±0.57),respectively.The results of t-test analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the pA2 values calculated by the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion This model can be used for calculating pA2 in medical functional experimental courses to effectively improve the timeliness,standardi-zation,and accuracy of data processing,then lecturers can analyze the experimental results in real-time to improve experimental efficiency and teaching quality.
