Abstract:
Diabetic kidney disease is one of the common complications in diabetic patients,significantly affecting their quali-ty of life and prognosis.Aerobic glycolysis,an important metabolic pathway,plays a critical role in regulating kidney function,cell survival,and stress responses.In recent years,an increasing number of studies have highlighted the significant role of aero-bic glycolysis in the pathogenesis,progression,and treatment of diabetic kidney disease.This article aims to review the latest re-search advancements related to aerobic glycolysis in diabetic kidney disease,exploring its impact on the disease and potential therapeutic targets from the perspective of cellular metabolism.
