Abstract:
Objective:To explore the influence of"Internet+"family empowerment health management on nursing effect and cardiac function and its safety in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:This ran-domized controlled study enrolled 200 AMI patients treated in Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University between January 2020 and January 2022.They were divided into control group(n=100,routine nursing care)and interven-tion group(n=100,family empowerment health management based on routine nursing care).Left ventricular ejec-tion fraction(LVEF),stroke volume(SV),scores of Morisky Medication Adherence Scale(MMAS-8),General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and inci-dence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)were compared between two groups at discharge and 3 months after discharge.Results:Compared with patients in control group 3 months after discharge,those in inter-vention group had significant higher scores of GSES[(33.35±1.30)points vs.(37.47±1.33)points],MMAS-8[(5.60±0.20)points vs.(6.64±0.40)points],LVEF[(49.06±1.72)％vs.(54.49±1.91)％]and SV[(32.34±1.31)ml vs.(41.74±2.26)ml],and significant lower scores of SAS[(28.85±2.32)points vs.(18.93±1.14)points],SDS[(30.05±1.16)points vs.(19.30±3.60)points]and incidence of MACE(18.00％vs.8.00％)(P＜0.05 or＜0.01).Conclusion:The"Internet+"family empowerment management model can improve self-efficacy,medication compliance and cardiac function,and can effectively reduce negative emotions and the risk of MACE in patients with acute myocardial infarction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
