Abstract:
Objective:To explore the construction of county medical community in Suixi County,Anhui Province,and to understand the improvement of health service capacity and key mechanisms of county medical community construction. Methods:The combination of questionnaire survey method and interview method was used to develop evaluation indexes and prepare questionnaires to obtain the changes in the service capacity of township health centers by using the"Township Health Center Service Capacity Standard Version 2022"issued by the National Health Commission. By interviewing the person in charge and participants of each township health center of county medical community construction in Suixi County,the improvement of health service capacity of township health centers by county medical community and its key mechanism were investigated and discussed. Results:The county medical community significantly improves the health service capacity of township health centers through rational allocation of medical resources,service mode optimization,and financial and technical assistance. Among them,the county medical community provides funds,experts and technical support for township health centers,strengthens the cooperation and contact between township health centers and county-level hospitals,and improves the quality of medical technical personnel,diagnosis and treatment level and service quality of township health centers. At the same time,based on establishing intelligent control platforms and information sharing centers,the county medical community also promoted the management innovation and mechanism construction of township health centers,and improved the comprehensive service capacity and management level of health centers. Conclusion:The county medical community could significantly improve the health service capacity of township health centers.
