Abstract:
Objective To analyze the current status of patent and transformation management in a certain tertiary hospi-tal,understand the existing issues,and explore the path to cultivate and improve the transformation of high-value patents.Meth-ods A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the hospitals authorized patents from 2013 to 2023,including the discipline,primary inventor information,field distribution,and transformation status.A questionnaire survey was also conducted to investi-gate the awareness and suggestions of hospital staff regarding intellectual property and the work of achievement transformation.Results The current level of professional management of intellectual property and achievement transformation in the hospital needs to be improved.There is a lack of incentive mechanisms,significant differences among various departments and personnel,a scarcity of high-value patents,and the need for a more refined collaborative innovation mechanism.Conclusion By achieving full-process professional management through independent management institutions and personnel,explore the establishment of a long-term high-value patent cultivation system.,strengthening patent navigation in advantageous disciplines,and exploring the es-tablishment of a multi-subject cooperation mechanism for patent application and achievement transformation,the cultivation of high-value patents can be accelerated,thereby promoting the work of achievement transformation.
