Abstract: With the continuous expansion of clinical application and research in related fields of hydrolyzed protein formula milk, people are paying more and more attention to the selection of formula milk when breastfeeding is not possible, and scholars have gained updated understanding of the efficacy of hydrolyzed protein formula milk. This article reviews the safety and efficacy of hydrolyzed protein formula milk in the application of infant gastrointestinal diseases and allergic diseases. However, further clinical studies are still needed to provide a scientific basis for clinicians, so as to determine the specific type of hydrolyzed protein formula milk that can most effectively reduce the risk of such diseases in the future.
