Abstract:
Objective To explore the characteristics of computed tomography myocardial perfusion imaging(CT-MPI)and coronary computed tomography angiography(CCTA)in patients with ischemia with non-obstructive coronary artery disease(INOCA).Methods A total of 214 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent CT-MPI and CCTA for angina pectoris were retrospectively selected.Based on the results of CCTA and CT-MPI,all patients were divided into intermediate INOCA(n=124),INOCA(n=28)and obstructive coronary artery disease(CAD)(n=62)groups.The CCTA characteristics and CT-MPI features of all patients were analyzed, respectively.Multigroup analysis used one-way analysis of variance or Kruskal-Wallis H test. Results INOCA group had shorter plaque length than obstructive CAD group(P=0.005),while no difference was detected in high-risk plaque between the two groups.INOCA group had higher abnormal myocardium volume(P=0.002)and higher abnormal myocardium volume ratio(P<0.001)than obstructive CAD group.Compared with INOCA group, intermediate INOCA group had higher global myocardial blood flow(MBF)(P<0.001),lower abnormal myocardium volume and volume ratio(P<0.001,P<0.001)and abnormal myocardium segments ratio(P=0.009).Conclusion Patients with INOCA and obstructive CAD have different characteristics of CT-MPI and CCTA,the intermediate INOCA might be the earlier stage of INOCA.
