Abstract:
Enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS), as an optimal perioperative treatment measure, can achieve rapid recovery while reducing the physiological and psychological stress of surgical patients. This article analyzes the main clinical characteristics of elderly kidney transplant recipients during the perioperative period and discusses the application and development of ERAS in this field from the aspects of psychological support, nutritional management, exercise management, and medication management. The findings aim to provide valuable references for clinical practice.
