Abstract: This article, integrating the latest evidence-based medical findings with recommendations from both domestic and international guidelines as well as clinical practice experience, discusses key issues related to renal replacement therapy (RRT) for early acute kidney injury (AKI) following transplantation. These include the timing of RRT initiation, treatment dose, anticoagulation strategy, timing of discontinuation, and intraoperative RRT. The aim is to optimize RRT management, standardize clinical protocols, and ultimately improve the prognosis of transplant recipients.
