- Abstract: Lung cancer is the most common ma-lignant tumors in clinical practice,posing a signifi-cant threat to human health.In recent years,with the advancement of high-throughput sequencing technologies,a large number of non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)have been found to play crucial roles in the regulation of apoptosis in lung cancer cells.This article reviews the research progress of ncRNA(miRNA,lncRNA,circRNA,piRNA)mediated apopto-sis in lung cancer,aiming to provide new theoreti-cal basis for ncRNA therapy of lung cancer.
