Abstract:
The parallel chart records the diagnosis and treatment experience of a young patient with AIDS-complicated Burkitt lymphoma. This case not only reflects the immense psychological burden shouldered by the AIDS patient and his family，but also highlights the limitations of medical interventions in the context of complex real-world challenges. The study aims to reveal the psychosocial dilemmas faced by critically ill patients and their families，thereby prompting clinicians to deeply reflect on the significance of doctor-patient communication and emotional empathy in medical practice.
