Abstract:
Melanoma is a highly malignant and easily metastasizing skin tumor for which traditional systemic therapies often yield limited efficacy.Functional hydrogels,three-dimensional network materials composed of hydrophilic polymers,exhibit excellent biocompatibility,tunable degradation,high loading capacity,and intelligent responsiveness,showing broad application prospects in melanoma treatment.This review summarizes the advances in the application of functional hydrogels as multi-functional platforms for melanoma treatment,aiming to provide insights and references for future developments in this field.
