Abstract:
The pathophysiological process of sepsis includes an early stage of excessive inflammation and a later stage of immunosuppression,which is associated with tissue damage and leads to organ failure and endothelial dysfunction.At present,the treatment of sepsis induced immunosuppression is mainly anti-inflammatory and enhancing immune function of the body,and there is a lack of specific targeted therapeutic drugs.Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of holistic concept and syndrome differentiation,which can regulate immunosuppression and inhibit inflammatory response,so as to improve the immunosuppression induced by sepsis.This article summarized the regulation mechanism of sepsis induced immunosuppression and the intervention mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of sepsis induced immunosuppression and new drug development.
