Abstract:
Objective:To design an easy-to-use health risk assessment and management system with reasonable structures and advanced technology for divers，and to provide data and digital support for the assessment and maintenance of military operational capability of specific personnel.Methods:The process of health risk assessment and management for divers was standardized. And a set of supporting subsystems was designed and implemented，including the systems of risk assessment，health intervention，and offline collection of health data.Results:The health risk assessment and management system for divers was successfully built. The process of health risk assessment and management for divers was standardized. And the responsibilities of relevant personnel were specifically defined. Thus，a high level of health data sharing and the effective utilization of recuperation facilities were achieved.Conclusion:The application of the system has standardized the health risk management and ensured individually-tailored health support. Therefore，it has effectively helped maintain the health and the military operational capability of divers.
