Abstract:
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)has become one of the most common liver diseases in the world. Its pathogenesis is complex, and the current treatment strategies still cannot completely reverse the progression of NAFLD.In recent years, with the continuous development of nanotechnology and nanomedicine,nano-drugs is gradually becoming a new strategy for the treatment of NAFLD due to its safety, stability, slow release and targeting characteristics. At present, the main focus of nano-drugs on the mechanism of NAFLD is lipid metabolism, insulin resistance and oxidative stress, and few studies have been conducted to engineer nano-drugs by combining different targets and signaling pathways in the pathogenesis of NAFLD.This review focuses on the treatment of liver diseases, and summarizes and expounds the therapeutic research on NAFLD surrounding nano-drugs systems, including nanocrystals, lipid nanoparticles, polymer nanoparticles, micelles, etc.,in order to provide certain ideas and guidance for relevant experimental research and drug development in this field.
