Abstract:
Posterior glottis stenosis is a special type of laryngeal stenosis.Although the independent incidence rate is not high,because of the special location of its stenosis,it often causes fatal dyspnea and laryngeal stridor,which has a serious impact on the life and quality of life of patients.In addition,the disease is often misdiagnosed with bilateral vocal cord paralysis in clinical diagnosis and treatment,which leads to poor recovery of patients and in-creases the difficulty of diagnosis and treatment.This article reviews the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical diagnosis,treatment and prevention of the disease by consulting the local and international literature and combining with rele-vant clinical experience,focusing on the different surgical methods and application conditions of clinical surgery,in order to provide guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
