Abstract: The morbidity and mortality of ovarian cancer stay in a high position. Despite undergoing standardized initial treatment, some patients still face a high risk of relapse, and traditional treatment methods have limited value in improving the prognosis of recurrent ovarian cancer. With the continuous development of medicine, novel targeted therapies and immunotherapies are constantly being applied in clinical practice. This article focuses on the progress of antibody-drug conjugates for the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer both domestically and internationally, exploring their research progress, current status, and prospects, with the aim of providing new ideas for the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer.
