Abstract:
The article reported a case of a 40-year-old female patient with unstable angina who was administered in-dobufen tablets 0.1 g orally twice a day, rosuvastatin calcium tablets 10 mg once daily, and sacubitril/valsartan sodium tablets 100 mg once daily. After one month, she developed severe alopecia and multiple oral ulcers.Considering the association with in-dobufen,the drug was discontinued, and the patient's symptoms significantly alleviated within a week. The clinical data of the pa-tient and the association with adverse reactions were analyzed and evaluated. It is believed that indobufen causes adverse reactions such as alopecia and oral ulcers.
