Abstract:
In order to promote the standardization and normalization of nursing practice in interventional treatment of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower extremity,ensure the effectiveness of interventional therapies and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,the"Guidelines for Nursing Practice in Interventional Treatment of Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis"has been composed.On the basis of"Expert Consensus on Nursing Standards for Interventional Treatment of Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis(2019 edition)",through searching the domestic and foreign guidelines,expert consensus,best evidence-based evidence,and clinical trial results published in the past 10 years,combining domestic research hotspots and clinical experience,and referring to the World Health Organization's guideline development manual as well as the principles for developing/revising clinical practice guidelines in China(2022 edition),a total of 45 medical and nursing experts from the Chinese Physician Association Interventional Physician Branch and the Chinese Venous Interventional Alliance have composed this"Guidelines for Nursing Practice in Interventional Treatment of Lower Extremity Deep Vein Thrombosis".The final version addresses 19 clinical issues,including interventional treatment of DVT,risk assessment,specialty evaluation,positional nursing,rest and activity,dietary care,condition observation,catheter care,health guidance,etc.,as well as other 7 issues concerning the prevention and management of complications,meanwhile put forward 135 recommendations,aiming to provide professional and scientific guidance for perioperative nursing care of DVT patients receiving interventional treatment.
