Abstract:
Atypical Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a AD subtype that does not manifest memory impairment as the initial or main clinical feature. Its atypical symptoms often lead to delayed diagnosis, which seriously affects the survival and prognosis of patients. This article reviews the latest studies focusing on the epidemiology, clinical manifestations, diagnostic criteria, imaging and biomarkers of atypical AD, aiming to provide references for optimizing the diagnosis and treatment strategies of atypical phenotypes.
