- Abstract: Lumbar transpedicular dynamic stabilization requires the internal fixation device to continuously provide mechanical support,and the correct placement of screws is the key to ensuring the surgical outcome.The placement of pedicle screws through lumbar transpedicular dynamic stabilization has higher requirements compared with the placement of conventional lumbar pedicle screw,which needs to precisely control the entry point,entry depth,and abduction angle of the pedicle screws,and avoid the potential risks such as the screws penetrating the lateral cortex of the pedicle simultaneously.Based on the clinical experience of our team,this article systematically summa-rizes the placement methods and operational points of pedicle screws through lumbar transpedicular dynamic stabilization,with the aim of providing a reference for clinical practice.
