Abstract:
Objective:To review the effects of hypomagnetic field on body health homeostasis and to explore its potential mechanisms. Literature resource and selection Domestic and abroad relevant literatures were searched and reviewed. Literature quotation Thirty-five papers published in domestic and abroad. Literature synthesis Hypomagnetic field is one of the main environmental factors in outer space. With the development of human spaceflight engineering, long-term stationing on the lunar surface, landing on Mars and even more distant exploration of extraterrestrial space have become no longer far away, and astronauts will be exposed to the hypomagnetic field for a longer time. Hypomagnetic field can affect the body health homeostasis such as embryonic development, cell proliferation, differentiation, and circadian rhythm. Therefore, it is significant to study the effects of hypomagnetic field on body health homeostasis and its potential mechanisms. Conclusions:Hypomagnetic field affects the body health homeostasis and has different effects on different organs and cells under different conditions. There are also different school of thought hypotheses for the mechanism of induction of magnetic fields by the organism, mainly the free radical pair mechanism and the magnetite nanoparticle mechanism.
