Abstract: Alzheimer's disease (AD) stands as the most common neurodegenerative disorder among the elderly. Currently, there is a lack of effective methods for early diagnosis and intervention. In recent years, significant progress has been made in the study of plasma biomarkers in AD diagnosis. This article reviews the various types of AD plasma biomarkers and their influencing factors for detection, and their potential applications in early diagnosis, prognosis, and monitoring of AD, so as to develop a more accurate and convenient diagnostic method for AD.
