Abstract:
In the forensic expertise of homicide in depression, how to determine the degree of impairment of identification and control ability has often been a difficult issue. Even for some specific types of homicide in depression, there are many controversies on the evaluation of the individual's responsibility ability in judicial psychiatry. To this end, we classified all kinds of homicide behaviors in depression, and discussed their homicide characteristics, identification ability and control ability, in order to improve the consistency of criminal responsibility assessment.
