Abstract:
Objective To investigate the healthcare experience and satisfaction evaluation of inpatients in a specialized cancer hospital,analyze influencing factors,and provide reference for continuously improving the quality of medical services in specialized cancer hospitals.Methods A total of 9,441 inpatients in 2024 were selected as the study subjects.Data on health-care experience and satisfaction evaluations across 11 dimensions(including doctor communication,nurse communication,and staff responsiveness)were collected and analyzed using univariate and multivariate methods.Results The healthcare experience score was(3.76±0.32),and the satisfaction evaluation score was(9.64±0.90).Satisfaction was influenced by nine factors,including doctor communication,discharge education,and admission/discharge procedures.Conclusion Overall satisfaction among cancer inpatients was favorable.Effective doctor-patient communication is key to enhancing satisfaction.Additionally,attention should be given to discharge education,process reengineering of admission/discharge procedures,and improvements in logistical support services to further elevate patient recognition and satisfaction.
