Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of antibiotics combined with compound Xingxiang Tuerfeng capsules in the treatment of chronic endometritis(CE)based on Toll-like receptors(TLRs)-nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB)signaling pathway.Methods Sixty patients with CE admitted to Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were prospectively selected.All patients were assigned to two groups(30 cases in each)using random number table method.Control group was treated with antibiotics,and on this basis,observation group added compound Xingxiang Tuerfeng capsules.The therapeutic effect and safety of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,observation group achieved better therapeutic effect than control group,and observation group had lower scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome compared with control group(P<0.05);Compared with control group,the expressions of TLR2,TLR4 and NF-κB messenger ribonucleic acid in observation group after treatment were lower(P<0.05);After treatment,observation group obtained lower inflammatory levels compared to control group(P<0.05);The comparisons of recurrence rate and adverse reactions in both groups showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of antibiotics and compound Xingxiang Tuerfeng capsules can improve the therapeutic effect of CE patients,accelerate inflammation resolution,and correct TLRs NF-κB signaling pathway indicators,which is safe and reliable.
