A self-designed questionnaire was developed to survey registered nurses engaged in plastic surgery nationwide, covering general information, attitudes toward specialized nurse training, willingness and needs for training, recognition of training evaluation methods, and interest levels in training content. Results:A total of 177 valid questionnaires were collected, yielding a 100% valid response rate. Participants included 15 males and 162 females, aged 22-54 (37.6±8.9) years, with 1-38 years of work experience in plastic surgery.
