Abstract:
The new version of the tertiary hospital evaluation standards has included all the medical quality control indi-cators of all specialties in medical institutions,put forward more specific,detailed and comprehensive requirements for hospital information extraction data and quality control work level,and established a more rigorous supervision and early warning mecha-nism for each specialty.Taking the opportunity of the establishment of a Grade-Ⅲ hospital in our hospital,this study briefly de-scribes the practice and thinking of the management of medical quality control indicators of various specialties during the estab-lishment of a Grade-Ⅲ hospital in our hospital,preliminarily solves the problems and difficulties in the process of accurate extrac-tion and verification of medical quality control index data of various specialties in clinical medical technology departments,and makes continuous improvement guided by data trends.Realize closed-loop management of medical quality.Through the construc-tion of professional quality control index system,improve the level of medical quality management and provide decision-making for hospital managers.
