Abstract:
Objective To analyze the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine external washing formula for treating uremic pruritus in hemodialysis patients based on data mining using the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform(V2.3.9).Methods Using China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,and VIP as data sources,research literature on traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of uremic pruritus since the establishment of the database until March 2025 was retrieved and organized.An Excel document was established,and relevant data was entered into the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform for analysis.Results A total of 119 Chinese medicine prescriptions were included,containing 187 Chinese herbal medicines.High-frequency medicines included Difuzi and Kushen,etc..Most medicines were cold,warm,or neutral in nature,pungent,bitter,or sweet in taste,and mainly acted on the liver,bladder,and stomach meridians.Cluster analysis yielded three groups of Chinese herbal medicine combinations,while association analysis found the most commonly used medicine combinations to be"Kushen-Difuzi","Danggui-Difuzi",and"Baixianpi-Difuzi".The core medicines identified through complex network analysis included Difuzi,Baixianpi,Danggui,Jingjie,and Tufuling.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine treatment for uremic pruritus mainly focuses on clearing heat,drying dampness and relieving itching,nourishing blood to moisten dryness,harmonizing Qi and blood,and also includes removing blood stasis and detoxification.
