Abstract:
Chest drains are often placed after lung cancer surgery, but the tube often leads to postoperative pain and affects recovery. With the popularization of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS), we urgently need to reform the application of chest drains. In this article, we will discuss the latest research progress on drain thickness, placement and suture methods, and perioperative management, aiming to provide reference for clinical application.
