Abstract:
Urban medical groups serve as an integrated healthcare service mode that provides continuous medical services for residents in a balanced manner. Since China launched construction project of medical alliances in 2017, various medical institutions within urban medical groups have faced many conflicts of benefit, which have to some extent constrained the stable operation and innovative development of urban medical groups. Based on the analysis framework of the subject relationship and demands of benefit, the authors distilled four internal benefit distribution modes of urban medical groups, namely mutualistic symbiotic mode, collaborative mode, asymmetric mode, and conflict mode. The common focus issues were analyzed from the aspects of decision-making mechanism, information sharing, negotiation channels, balance of interest distribution, and supervision mechanism, and corresponding optimization paths were proposed to provide reference for promoting the sustainable and stable development of urban medical groups.
