Abstract:
From the perspective of hospital access for innovative medical devices, this article analyzed the policies designed to encourage their adoption and provided suggestions for promoting the hospital access of innovative medical devices. Through a systematic review of the management processes and policy development history related to new medical service items and online procurement, several key issues were identified such as vague innovation recognition, unsmooth policy connection in different links, and insufficient encouragement policies. To further promote the hospital access of innovative medical devices, it is necessary to unify and improve the recognition of innovation, clarify policy operation rules, strengthen the connection between policies in different admission links and similar policies in various provinces, promote more provinces to introduce relevant policies, and establish and improve incentive mechanisms for relevant encouragement policies.
