Abstract:
In the new era, how to rely on information technology, comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of the party member team, and give full play to the pioneering and exemplary role of party members and cadres in the work of medical education, research and management centers is an important topic that public hospitals need to study at present. The First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University focused on the key links of " development, cultivation, and enhancement" of the party member team, developed an information platform for party member team management, gradually realized standardized party member development, precise data storage, multi-dimensional learning and education, personalized ability cultivation, scientific assessment management, and warm party relations. It also focused on the " party member pioneer index" to develop party building and business integration assessment indicators, and quickly and efficiently formed a precise portrait of party members in the central work. In addition, suggestions for platform optimization were proposed from four aspects: focusing on systematic, long-term, humanistic, and diversified construction.
