Abstract:
The modernization of public hospital governance constitutes the key to establishing a modern hospital management system, providing robust support for offering high-quality and efficient medical and health services and building a healthy China. From the perspective of the times implication, value following and practical logic, the modernization of public hospital governance has a profound practical necessity. Promoting the modernization of public hospital governance is inseparable from the modernization of governance concepts, and it is more necessary to adhere to the problem-oriented and clear the direction of development. Based on the practice of the governance modernization of the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University, the author put forward the target system of the governance modernization of public hospitals from three dimensions, such as who for, who to rely on, and how to do it, and clarified the path selection of the governance modernization of public hospitals from three aspects: value rational orientation, tool rational orientation, and value appeal.
