Abstract:
As the backbone of the healthcare system,public hospitals while safeguarding people's life and health and providing medical services,not only need cutting-edge diagnostic and treatment equipment and exquisite medical technology,but also should attach great importance to the cultivation of medical humanistic spirit,establish a system of humanistic care,and improve the quality of medical services.Among these,taking the concept as the starting point to clarify the fundamental issues of humanistic care in public hospitals is the basic premise for constructing such a system.Focusing on and conducting in-depth analysis of the situation of humanistic care construction in public hospitals is the key to breaking through the bottleneck in system construction.Ultimately,through continuous exploration of multiple construction paths such as cultural infiltration,organizational development,and talent cultivation,it can achieve the conceptual transformation from"technology first"to"returning to humanism",find the coordinates of warmth in institutional construction,and practice the benevolence of medical practitioners in balancing supply and demand.
