Abstract: Hemolymphangioma is an extremely rare lymphatic and vascular malformation, recognized as a benign lesion notable for its prolonged clinical course. The digestive tract mainly occurs in the esophagus and colorectum, the small intestine is rarely reported. Here, we report a case of small intestinal hemangiolymphangioma primarily manifesting as gastrointestinal bleeding, with the aim of providing a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
