Abstract: Antley-Bixler syndrome (ABS) is a rare developmental malformation, usually caused by mutations in the fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGFR2) or cytochrome P450 oxidoreductase (POR) genes. This article reports an 18-year-old male patient with both ulcerative colitis and ABS to explore the possible association between the two diseases, to raise clinicians' awareness, and to provide reference value for early diagnosis and treatment in the future.
