Abstract:
There is still a lack of gold standard for the diagnosis of Crohn′s disease, and non-caseating granuloma is an important basis for the diagnosis of Crohn′s disease. Domestic and foreign literature reports that it plays an important role in the diagnosis, differentiation, development, treatment and prognosis of Crohn′s disease. This article discusses the role of granulomas in the diagnosis and treatment of Crohn′s disease.
