Abstract: Glucagonoma is a rare neuroendocrine tumor derived from the pancreatic α cells, and alopecia is an uncommon clinical manifestation. We report a case of glucagonoma presenting with marked alopecia, aiming to raise clinicians′ awareness of this rare presentation.
