- Abstract: This article reports two rare Crohn′s disease (CD) cases during infliximab maintenance treatment complicated with IgA vasculitis (IgAV) . Clinical characteristics, treatment, and pathogenesis of CD complicated with IgAV were discussed in details. Exploring the association between these two diseases is conducive to individualized treatment and improvement of patients′ prognosis.
