- Abstract: Crohn′s disease complicated with malrotation of intestine is rare in clinical practice. We report a patient undergoing ileocolonic resection for Crohn′s disease who was confirmed intraoperatively as complicated with malrotation of intestine, hoping to enrich clinician′s experience.
