- Abstract: This article reports a rare ulcerative colitis (UC) patient with diagnosis of upper disgestive involvement complicated with cytomegalovirus infection. The clinical characteristics of UC combined with cytomegalovirus opportunistic infection and upper digestive involvement were discussed in details.
