Abstract: Infliximab (IFX) is one of the earliest and most widely used biologics for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) . However, due to the high proportion of primary non-response and secondary loss of response, its clinical benefit is limited among patients. Therefore, it is important for specialists to predict the efficacy of biological agents before treatment. This article reviews the recent reports on predictive markers of IFX response and their functions.
